Enrollment Procedure
Students are accepted for enrollment on a year around basis at Calvary Academy-Florida.For most students, the initial contact is made by a parent or relative or a pastor or teacher by phone (1-800-510-3989) or email. Immediate questions are answered and discussed, and an Enrollment Packet--including a pre-enrollment application, financial information and recent newsletters--is sent via email or snail mail.
The pre-enrollment application is then completed by the child’s parent/guardian and returned along with other necessary forms. Upon their return, releases of information may be requested and an interview set up with family and student.
Families are encouraged to contact us with additional concerns and questions at any point in the process.
Enrollment is based largely upon Calvary Academy’s ability to meet the student’s needs and available space.
Calvary Academy-Florida admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
